Ms. Rader has 10 years of experience, having recently become the president of Universal Transcription Services, LLC. As an expert in real estate and transcription, she is largely responsible for growing her business by finding new clients. Through the company, she performs transcribing services, which range from general transcriptions to forensic psychology/psychiatry transcriptions. Naturally, this involves a great deal of communications between her and clients, and a great attention to detail, but thanks to her organizational skills, Ms. Rader keeps her communications in order and flowing properly. Ms. Rader started the company a little more than a year ago after going to college at Kaplan University for medical transcription. Her goal is to grow the company and provide top quality work for clients.

Ms. Rader attributes her success to the support of her husband and family to push her to be better, to keep trying. She became involved in her profession because she is a mother of four children, the youngest of whom is in junior high. She always pushed her children to further their education and they inspired her to do the same. Ms. Rader greatly enjoys the transcription industry, as she feels that it is the perfect merging of her love for words and the medical field. There was no better way to be involved in the industry than to create her own company, and then eventually expand.

Ms. Rader received certifications in medical transcription and real estate, and she was a CNA. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, reading, being outside, and spending time with her family. In years to come, Ms. Rader will be focusing on getting experience, then bringing on more transcriptionists to expand into other areas.
