Ms. Xioutas, who has more than two decades of experience in the real estate and construction industries, has been the president and chief executive officer of FFI Contracting Services for the past five years. During her long career, she has earned a reputation for being a driven, results-oriented construction professional with an expertise in construction management for the default industry.

A leading figure in the field, Ms. Xioutas holds memberships in major professional organizations such as the Mortgage Bankers Association, the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, the National Association of Mortgage Field Services and the Women's Business Enterprise National Council.
