Her Realtor designations are SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource), e-Pro (which involves online real estate), BPOR (Broker Price Opinion Resource), ADPR (Accredited Distressed Property Representative), and ABR (Accredited Buying Representative). Ms. Stephenson recently finished training to apply for her Illinois license as a real estate instructor. Ms. Stephenson currently owns and operates Dreammakers Realty and Property Management Ltd. Previously, Ms. Stephenson taught tax classes for 8 years while working at H&R Block for 10 years. She serves on the Professional Development Committee of the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors, and is also a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, the National Apartment Association, and all local, state, and national affiliates.

Aside from her professional work, Ms. Stephenson supports the American Heart Association, the Animal Welfare League and the World Wildlife Fund. She enjoys spending time with her own animals, playing the piano, and reading.
