Ms. Trifogli is a currently a sole trader, and she is completing a business management course in order to effectively grow her business, learn how to employ staff and establish an efficient system that provides optimal client results. In years to come, Sarah wants to continue her education by completing a post-graduate master's degree in physiotherapy, and she would like to become the go-to person for health and fitness in her community. Sarah attributes her success to long hours of hard work, regular study and a "never-give-up" attitude. She became involved in her profession after spending years as a junior athlete who loved playing a range of different sports; she has always had a strong passion for the science behind how the body moves and functions.
Mr. Trifogli received a Bachelor of Exercise Science, with a concentration in rehabilitation, from Charles Sturt University in 2012. She also holds a Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness; a Diploma of Fitness; a Diploma of Sport & Athlete Services; a Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Certificate; and a Certificate 4 in Massage Therapy. She is a member of the Australian Strength & Conditioning Association (ASCA); the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA); Fitness Australia; and Exercise and Sports Australia (ESSA). Sarah is also the first Australian to receive an international scholarship for her outstanding performance as a female in the field of athlete strength & conditioning development. Outside of work, Sarah's hobbies include painting, scrapbooking, sports, baking and enjoying time with friends and family.
