Debora Hill Named Professional of the Year for Excellence in Genealogy

Debora Hill is a professionally archivist, who received her training at the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology, Archives Department. She began researching her own family history in the mid-1970s and eventually, realizing that her research skills could be used to help many others just like her connect with the past. By the mid-1990s, the Internet brought the opportunity to reach a much larger audience and to attract other professionals in Italy who were interested in networking. She is a member of the American Association of Professional Genealogists and the Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society.
