The company has conducted various jobs within the entertainment industry and Mr. Carey himself has had the privilege of working with many famous actors, producers and directors. He has appeared in commercials, movies, dramas and talk shows. In 2009, he led a group of Samurai during a special "Training Day" filming of FOX TV's Backstage Pass reality show.

After serving in the Marine Corps for almost 20 years, Mr. Carey has become known as one of Tokyo's top personal fitness trainers. Certified by the U.S. National Federation of Professional Trainers, his focus lay in fitness, form and function. Throughout his career, he has focused on participating in many athletic endeavors, such as triathlons, body-building, power-lifting, swimming, football and volleyball, just to name a few. Mr. Carey is also a second degree black belt and former Judo Champion of the United States Armed Forces Judo Team.

Prior to obtaining his current positions, Mr. Carey worked in many of the premier fitness clubs in Tokyo. He previously held management positions in the recreational field, including fitness specialist and athletic, aquatic and recreational director. A member of the International Dance and Exercise Association, Mr. Carey holds various degrees, such as a Bachelor of Science in Asian studies and psychology. Looking ahead, he intends to continue expanding in his career.
