A Brain Education Research Wing in Universities is Needed With Experts From Neuroscience, Pedagogy, Cognition, Art of Living and Religion; Who Will Cross Reference and Jointly Research Brain Education

    RIDGEFIELD PARK, NJ, November 11, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Brain education has now become a mainstream emerging subject and even though the search for clues is on from all human knowledge; so far the basic fundamental clue on what is brain education from the point of view of religion has not been considered.

While mainstream education has been a leader of mind education, it has mostly not only neglected brain education; it has ignored the traditional miseducation of the brain. On the other hand religion has been a leader in brain education. All the Holy Scriptures have the same revelation about brain education. Man was made pure and when man listened to Satan, man became impure. All the Holy Scriptures are asking is for man to become pure again.

The time is now ripe to translate in science terms what it means for man to be pure and how man can become pure again. In science terms a pure man means an emotionally fully healthy man. An emotionally healthy man is a man who has an emotionally healthy brain. An emotionally healthy brain is a brain that is free of all emotional baggage. To make man pure the brain has to be made pure; that is the brain has to be made free of all emotional baggage. Thus brain education is brain therapy that takes an impure brain loaded with emotional baggage and makes it pure by removing the emotional baggage.

The mind is the software and the physical brain is the hardware where the brain over time produces its own software. So when we teach current wisdom education we try to change/reeducate the mind's software. However we leave the brain's defective software as is and it keeps interfering and altering the mind's software. What needs to be done is to re-tune the physical brain so it stops producing and working with its own brain generated defective software. The physical brain has to be made emotionally super healthy; so it generates emotionally healthy software.

Current brain/emotional-intelligence/life/wisdom education is like there is a car that has mechanical defects and we keep focusing on trying to fix the car's computer software. The defect is in the hardware and we keep trying to fix the software. The mind itself is brain generated software that gradually becomes more and more self-conscious and assumes a separate self-identity of its own. The mind has access to current reality and tries to behave accordingly but the brain is tuned to its own fixed past reality and depending on the amount of emotional baggage the brain interferes with the mind's reading of current reality. So when we try to just educate the mind we leave the defective brain to keep generating its unhealthy emotional software that keeps interfering with the mind's software. In spite of all the mind education the brain remains emotionally ill; thus even affecting the emotional health of the mind. It is very clear that we have to reeducate the brain.

The fundamental insight of the Holy Scriptures that man must become pure again is exactly what the current science of brain education must quickly wake up to; so we can focus on developing a curriculum that is brain therapy for wisdom/emotional-intelligence/brain/art-of-living/life education.

It is clear that religion has a head start on brain education and yet religious sages are kept out of the loop on brain education research. The same is the case with experts on the art of living. Recently an education conference that put everything on the table was organized by Time magazine. However religious leaders and experts on the art of living were not invited. Sages like the Dalai Lama, Oprah Winfrey, Deepak Chopra, Tony Robbins and Steven Pinker etc. must also be invited in any serious conference on brain education.
