At Jack and Mona's Baking Company, Ms. Yuhl is responsible for all day to day operations including creating and designing custom gourmet cupcakes and mini cakes for all occasions. They offer gourmet cupcakes and mini cakes with unique designs, flavors and textures that will delight any palate, and can be custom ordered with any combination of cupcake and frosting flavors. In lieu of shortening, they use marshmallow fondant with details that includes the use of edible flowers, jewels, handmade chocolate shapes, glitters, pearls, wirework, candies and sparklers and any other design that the client may choose.

In her other position, she is known as The Treat Ambassador for Under The Table Treats, her line of gourmet dog treats designed and created to look like those foods dogs beg for from your plate. The treats are baked oven fresh, using all human-grade, whole foods, with ingredients included in each recipe full of good things like antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, fiber or protein, which are both good for and pleasing to dogs of every size, age and activity level, with a light crispy texture. Currently, Under The Table Treats offers Blueberry Woofles, Scottie's Scones and Bow Wow Biscotti and also bakes birthday cakes and her own special Bigg Bones, covered with their sugar-free fondant topping and decorated to the client's specifications. She has also recently launched her personal chef service, providing home delivered, nutritionally balanced, whole food meals designed to promote wellness and longevity. She also supports recommendations for any specific dietary needs of a dog by a pet owner's veterinarian, monitoring and adjusting during the semiweekly deliveries.

Ms. Yuhl attributes her success to her hard work, determination, flexibility, and thinking outside the box. She chose this particular profession because her prior experiences, and her lab, Jack, have shown her how important it is to take care of one another, know we are all special, and that everyone can make a difference. Through her business, Ms. Yuhl supports many rescue and adoption organizations, and provides food for dogs of the homeless. Her meals are about security, support and safety, while the treats are about creating smiles and showing kindness. She believes her business can be a positive influence and contributor to her industry.

Ms. Yuhl earned a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from California State University in 2009, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California and completed coursework in criminal justice studies at Remington College. She was an elementary school teacher, earning her teaching credential at the University of California, San Diego. Outside of her professional career, singing and playing guitar are her passions, and she loves spending time with her two dogs, Jack and Parker.

Ms. Yuhl intends to continue expanding her companies with innovative ideas. She is currently forming a partnership with businessman and marketing whiz, Adam Pluemer. The result of that partnership will be Under The Table Enterprises, Inc., and it will expand all current operations and launch other services and exclusive product lines in the pet industry.
