TORONTO, ON, November 18, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- CanadaQBank has announced that it is now offering a new Microsoft application that will help to better prepare students for the MCCQE Part 1 Exam. The MCCQE, or the Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination, is a two-part exam that students who want to receive a medical license in Canada must pass.
The software being offered by CanadaQBank is a Windows-based app and users must install Windows 8.1 in order to use it. They will also be required to register an account at the CanadaQBank website in order to proceed. The MCCQE Part 1 app features 514 Testlet cases and 2037 questions related to those cases. Like the exam itself, the application presents the user with five different options for each question of which only one of the answers is correct.
Tests can be taken in timed and tutor modes so that students can familiarize themselves with both aspects of the exam. Students can customize their experiences fully by determining the subject matter or any other category, choosing the number of Testlets per block, and even marking questions for later review. Finally, the app also keeps track of all of the tests that the student has taken, enabling him or her to run analyses and determine strengths as well as weaknesses.
Students who are studying for the MCCQE Part 1 can use this application to study and prepare for the format of the exam. The company is proud to continue to offer free software that shapes the future generations of North American physicians and other medical personnel.
