Tap+Cork Returns With Winter Solstice, A Beer & Wine Tasting Experience In Brooklyn, December 8

    BROOKLYN, NY, November 20, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Tap+Cork has announced its presentation of Winter Solstice, Sunday, December 8 at Milk River Lounge in Brooklyn. The event's producers return after the successful introduction of their premiere Brooklyn Beer & Wine Fest this past summer. The Winter Solstice carries the celebration into the holidays with a winter wonderland tasting experience of craft beers and wines.

"We're excited for this opportunity to take over the Milk River and host a select beverage experience that is both celebratory and reflects the good taste of our communities-at-large," said Tai Allen, Tap+Cork creative director.

Carefully curated to warm and excite palates, event goers will sip and sample their way through two levels of music, food and special giveaways. Featured wines include 2011 The White Knight Viognier, NV Bruno Gobillard Champagne Vieilles Vignes Brut, Marques de Gelida Cava Brut Exclusive Gran Reserva 2008 and True Wine Connoisseur Red from Sadat X (of Brand Nubian). The tasting experience will also feature entertainment and music selections provided by Fuse TV's DJ CEO and DJ DAN C.E.

Tap+Cork's Winter Solstice takes place, Sunday, December 8, from 2pm - 7pm at Milk River, located at 960 Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn, New York.

Tickets are on sale now at tapcork.com/tickets. Ticket prices are $25, $30 and $40 for advance, door and VIP admission tickets, respectively. Each admission includes 20 sample tastings from your choice of our featured breweries & wineries. Additional sets of 10 tastings will be available for $5 at the event.
