Since 1997, Ms. Chiappetta has worked in the mortgage industry, merging her valuable skill set for accounting with mortgage loan processing and origination. In 2004, she founded Stonington Realty, LLC, a real estate agency in New York, United States. The company provides real estate services for clients in Nassau, Suffolk, and Queens Counties, including the five boroughs of New York.

As a New York State licensed mortgage loan originator, Ms. Chiappetta brings her extensive financial services background to her current position as owner and real estate broker for Stonington Realty, LLC. She is a full service broker who offers preview services for buyers and provides specialized services for her clients which are rarely offered by other agents in the area. Proficient in residential real estate, Ms. Chiappetta handles all aspects of business operations and full service brokerage. Her daily responsibilities include locating properties, negotiating offers, and acting as a liaison between all interested parties. She holds an associate's degree in accounting from Pace University, a loan origination license, a CBR designation, and a New York state real estate broker's license. Ms. Chiappetta is currently pursuing a GRI designation.
