Ms. Herman-Spartinelli has 20 years of experience as the owner and builder of Trunnells & Tenons Construction Ltd. Through her company, she has established herself as an expert in quality workmanship in custom homes. On a daily basis, she is responsible for supplying employees with the materials they need, and instructing them on what needs to be done.

Looking back, Ms. Herman-Spartinelli attributes her success to paying attention to the details, as well as valuing quality over quantity. She became involved in her profession because she wanted to work for herself. She started as a laborer in the field, and then participated in an apprenticeship program. Her career has grown ever since, and she has since become a certified building inspector.

Ms. Herman-Spartinelli was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding and also maintains affiliation with the Nova Scotia Building Officials Association. In years to come, Ms. Herman-Spartinelli intends to begin designing and working with architects. She plans to experience continued expansion and increase the number of projects she works on.
