A natural leader, Ms. Cazares is the owner of three distinct businesses: Mama's Plantation, Rozie's Balloons & Flowers, and Mama's Gospel Records. Mama's Plantation is a restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner to patrons in Midvale, Utah. Menu items include soul foods such as collard greens, corn bread, macaroni and cheese, and pulled pork, to name a few. Customers can enjoy a full-service restaurant experience or order food for take-out, delivery, or catering purposes. Rozie's Balloons & flowers is a floral shop business which provides balloons, gifts, and floral arrangements for customers celebrating momentous events, such as weddings and newborn babies, as well as those mourning the loss of a loved one. Mama's Gospel Records is a retail music store which provides local customers with religious and spiritual books, gospel music, and CDs. As owner of the businesses, Ms. Cazares oversees all aspects of business operations, manages finances, and influences positive change through spiritual leadership. An expert in business management, she works closely with employees and customers to ensure the success of each entrepreneurial endeavor.

Throughout her illustrious career, Ms. Cazares has garnered several awards. She won the Spirit of Faith award, the Utah State award, and the Community Service award from the Small Business Administration Advisory Council. Then, in 2009, she was inducted into Worldwide Who's Who. Since her inclusion, Ms. Cazares has been named an Entrepreneur of the Year, featured in the Pro-Files magazine, selected as a Top Female Executive, and highlighted on the Elite American website. She feels her success can be most aptly attributed to her faith in God, self-motivation, and inspiration she received from her late mother, Dr. Rosemary Cosby. Ms. Cazares keeps her mother's memory alive through award-winning floats in the local Fourth of July parade each year, which she assembles with the help of the Mama's Temple Pentecostal Church choir. The choir is a winner of the First Place Trophy and Mayor's Choice award and two-time recipient of a Second Place Trophy for their floats in the Fourth of July Parade in Murray, Utah.

Ms. Cazares is a licensed minister of music and an ordained minister through The Contenders of the Faith of Jesus Christ, Incorporated. She holds an associate's degree in business from the Utah Technical College (now known as Salt Late Community College). Ms. Cazares is a member of the National Black Chamber of Commerce and, a singer, choir director, and pastor of Mama's Temple Pentecostal Church. Her husband Mark is also a pastor for the church. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, particularly her son; an accomplished rapper and entrepreneur.
