Academy of Coaching and NLP Brings Their Leadership Training Program to China

    CORTE MADERA, CA, December 26, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Helen Attridge, President and Training Director of Academy of Coaching and NLP has arrived back from another successful trip to China training coaches and leaders. Attridge's company held its third leadership retreat in China in November. This unique leadership program offers a blend of Eastern and Western models and philosophies, providing both business and personal support for leaders in China to quiet their mind and tune into to the wisdom of their body and spirit. Leaders from small to mid-size businesses joined together at the retreat held at Qingcheng mountain in Sichuan Province, the ancestral home of Taoism. The leaders reviewed where their companies are currently at and most importantly who they want to BE as a leader. Moving forward in these times of rapid change globally, chinese leaders are seeking more connection to spirit, more inner peace and new ways of leading. Students stated this was unique in the market place in China where leadership programs are typically focused on driving towards more success and success strategies, leaving leaders burnt out and disconnected from any passion or joy in their leadership roles.

Following the Leadership Retreat, Atttridge went on to Shenzhen in Guangdong Province to close Academy of Coaching & NLP's Coach Training Program. Academy of Coaching & NLP has been training coaches in China since 2006. Attridge says China is one of her favorite places to teach "Corporate leaders, managers, entrepreneurs and successful consultants and trainers are hungry to learn new skills that will support them in being better and happier in their current positions. It truly is a special honor to do this type of work in a country that is growing so fast."

Attridge's mission is to create a "ripple of change" by helping people dramatically transform their lives and the lives of others. She does that through a unique coaching program that is an experiential, holistic training model that uses NLP to help individuals gain the coaching and interpersonal skills they need to work effectively.
