Advanced Organizational Performance Techniques (AdOPT) is Now Offering Accredited ITIL(r) Foundation Certification Courses

    TUCSON, AZ, January 15, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Advanced Organizational Performance Techniques (AdOPT) is proud to announce that we are now offering accredited ITIL Foundation Certification courses.

Starting in January 2014, AdOPT is offering a 2.5 day ITIL Foundation Certification Course which will introduce basic IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts and provides an overview of the five stages of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL). Key terminology and concepts are also discussed to ensure students are prepared to take the one hour ITIL Foundation Certification exam during the third day of training.

The course includes all materials, 2 1/2 days of classroom instruction, and the certification exam. AdOPT is currently planning public courses in Boston and Phoenix in April of 2014. They will be expanding this schedule during the first quarter of 2014. Private, onsite courses can be arranged for organizations that wish to send numerous people through the ITIL Foundation Certification course.
