Sonya K. Blehm DeLange, MS, Recognized by Worldwide Branding for Excellence in Speech and Language Pathology

DeLange, Co-Host, Co-Producer, and Creator of "Gathering Place" Television Show on Loma Linda Broadcasting Network and Speech-Language Pathologist for Yucaipa-Calimesa Joint Unified School District, has been recognized by Worldwide Branding for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in speech and language pathology.

Understanding the importance of a strong educational foundation, Ms. DeLange achieved a Master of Science in communication disorders from Loma Linda University, through which she achieved a teaching credential. She also became licensed as a speech-language pathologist through the state of California, and she is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association with a Certificate of Clinical Competence. Upon completion of her education, Ms. DeLange embarked on a career in speech and language pathology which has spanned the past 39 years. Currently, she works with Yucaipa-Calimesa Joint Unified School District and is currently a member of the Executive Board of the Yucaipa-Calimesa Educators' Association. In the coming years, she intends to retire from her illustrious career in speech and language pathology and focus more exclusively on co-hosting and co-producing for the Loma Linda Broadcasting Network.

Ms. DeLange is the creator, co-producer and co-host of the show "Gathering Place" on the Loma Linda Broadcasting Network. The network broadcasts music, children's programs, health and wellness advice shows, documentaries, and educational programs. In her position, Ms. DeLange creates and hosts television programs, coordinates her musical group, organizes schedules for television shooting times, and prepares materials. Thus far, she has most enjoyed assisting and participating in "The Gathering Place Strummers and Singers" television program. With years of practiced expertise in her field, Ms. DeLange has achieved professional success. She was named the Teachers' Choice Speech Therapist by the District of Employment, honored with a certificate of appreciation from the Loma Linda Broadcasting Network, and chosen as a VIP member with Biltmore Who's Who. In 2007, Ms. DeLange was inducted into Worldwide Branding as a lifetime member. Since her inclusion, she has been selected as a Professional of the Year, named as an Expert Resource, and selected as a VIP member. She was also featured in the Professional Calendar and Pro-Files magazine. In 2013, Ms. DeLange earned a Lifetime Achievement award.
