Shammi Sandhu Recognized for Cuisine by Local Newspaper

Drawing on more than two decades of practiced experience in her field, Ms. Sandhu parlays her knowledge into her position as director of Mantra Indian Restaurant. Over the past 20 years, she has developed recipes and designed the menu. She also maintains high-quality products, hosts local community and music events, conducts boutique tours in India, and networks through social media. Ms. Sandhu attributes her success in the field to the quality of service that has been consistent for as long as she has been in business. She became involved in her profession after studying graphic design in India. She migrated to New Zealand with her family where her homemade food was recognized by the local community. A local newspaper published an article about her past and delicious Indian cuisine, which motivated her to begin displaying her food at different events and functions.
