Grace S. Seferian, M.E.M., P.E., LEED AP is Versed in Construction Management

    BERKELEY, CALIFORNIA, January 23, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Grace S. Seferian, M.E.M., P.E., LEED AP, Construction Manager at Grace Seferian, has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in project management.

With 18 years of experience in her field, Ms. Seferian is known for her expertise in construction management. Daily, she is tasked with representing property owners, overseeing projects, consulting on development requirements, and managing the hiring of contractors. Grace Seferian is a construction management and consulting company that provides project management services.

Prior to her present venture, Ms. Seferian was a project manager and owner's representative at Swinerton Management and Consulting for seven years. She is also a volunteer mediator who plans to establish a career assisting parties in dispute and conflict resolution. She provides these services to anyone, but will be working with construction companies specifically.

Recently inducted into Worldwide Branding, Ms. Seferian attributes her success to being mentored by various companies she has worked for and to her educational background. She became involved in her profession after earning a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and a master's degree in engineering management. Following her graduation, she was recommended to a company by her professor.

Well-equipped to handle specific tasks in her profession, Ms. Seferian is pursuing an advanced level certification for mediation and is a qualified SWPPP developer and practitioner. In addition, she networks through her affiliation with the American Society of Civil Engineers and the U.S. Green Building Council
