Operating above par for more than a decade and a half, Mr. Labanda Urbano has found professional success as the personnel director for Europe and Latin America at CPP Group Plc, which helps consumers cope with the complexities of modern life. They assist their customers with issues relating to credit and debit card ownership, personal identity, cell phones, legal affairs and travel. Over the course of the past eight years in his position with the company, Mr. Labanda Urbano has overseen human resources recruiting and consulting, performance and team management, and executive coaching. His biggest challenge in his current role has been to adapt common human resources policies to each of the eight countries he operates in.

Prior to joining CPP Group, Mr. Labanda Urbano worked for several multinational companies in the telecommunications and insurance industries, in the area of human resources. He studied law as an undergraduate as well, and ended up teaching law at his alma mater, ICADE, the most prestigious private university in Madrid.

A shining example of excellence in his field, Mr. Labanda Urbano was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding and also maintains affiliation with the National Human Resources Association. In the near future, he plans to be doing similar work at a larger company. He would like to maintain an international career, as well as remain open to new opportunities.
