John Lui Showcases Professional Accomplishments through Worldwide Branding

Mr. Lui has 24 years of professional experience, with 10 years as a managing director of Harford Vantage Limited. Trained as an engineer, he possesses the ability to conceptualize operational issues across various industries almost instantly. He prides himself on his creativity, particularly with regard to the development of different propositions in finance restructuring. He is very involved with public listed companies in Australia, China and Singapore, working with hedge funds to provide funding to many listed companies through the implementation and execution of the convertible bonds, equity swap and direct placement. Mr. Lui is also active in IPO and RTO exercises, offering acquisition/restructuring advice as needed. Over the past decade, he raised, collectively, about $100 million to approximately 10 listed companies.

Looking back, Mr. Lui is thankful for the support he received from his wife, Jamie Khoo, who is an accountant with experience in corporate finance. She is also a director of Harford Vantage Limited handling all corporate finance matter. To date Harford Vantage Limited has a strong network of institutional and high net worth clients.

Mr. Lui received a Bachelor of Engineering from the The University of Newcastle in 1985. He was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding and also maintains affiliation with The University of Newcastle, Alumni. In years to come, Mr. Lui plans to continue to extend his presence with the small caps market and explore opportunities developing different structuring, financing and investment solutions.
