A Six-Sigma trained director with a focus on continual improvement, Ms. Wooles has 30 years of experience in manufacturing, with two years as Director of Materials for TICO Manufacturing. In the course of her daily duties, she is tasked with purchasing, sourcing, supplier development, material planning, inventory management, logistics, scheduling, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, she is responsible for team development and departmental training. Her areas of expertise include inventory control, responsive customer service and lean methodologies. TICO Manufacturing manufactures Terminal Tractors for TICO operations as well as the commercial market.

She attributes her success to a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, combined with her hard work ethic, dedication and tenacity. She has a reputation for delivering value based results with expertise in various aspects of materials management in a manufacturing and automotive environment..

An asset to her field, Ms. Wooles holds a MBA from the University of Phoenix and was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding. Outside of her professional career, and second to time spent with her family, she is an avid volleyball enthusiast, enjoys riding horses, and finds relaxation at flea markets and antique shops. Presently, she is focused on the company's aggressive growth targets and continued expansion plans. In the coming years, Ms. Wooles plans to enhance leadership skills eventually moving into operations or site management responsibilities.
