Into Professor Don Tillman's supremely ordered life comes Rosie - the antithesis of everything Don thinks (he has an extensive list) he wants in a life partner. But Rosie is not all what she seems at first.

The book is both engaging and hilarious, even if the love angle is a little predictable. Don develops into an endearing hero and Rosie a surprising delight - the perfect foil for him. Ethics and genetics play substantial roles in the novel, which raises many questions about both romantic love and the parent-child relationship. However, The Rosie Project[i/] is predominantly a romantic comedy, and is - without doubt - extremely funny. Fans of The Big Bang Theory will love this book.
