Ms. Finn has five years of experience as the owner of Les Finn's Arts. Over the years, she has established herself as an expert in the coaching of others, as well as helping other women to blossom. On a daily basis, she is responsible for running the business and serving as its chief strategist. Ms. Finn works to develop the brand, and she decides which products and services to bring in, including facial products, weight loss counseling, acupressure therapy and anti-aging products for the face.
Looking back, Ms. Finn attributes her success to her tenacity, hard work, and dedication to what she does. She became involved in her profession because she became disenchanted with the concept of working in a large corporation; she found that the higher up she went, the less contact with people she had. She decided that she was interested in wellness, and she wanted to do it for others, get in touch with a customer base and enjoy coaching others who would work for her. The highlights of her career were when some of the people she had hired went on to surpass her.
Ms. Finn received a Master of Business in marketing, which she began at Northeastern University and completed via transfer at Webster University. She has also earned an executive master certificate for the executive program at INSEAD, a Diplome CFC Ecole Professionele D'Esthetique, and a Bachelor of Arts in education from the University of Rochester. She was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding and also maintains affiliation with the International Women's Club of Nyon. In the coming years, Ms. Finn plans to continue her growth and remain curious about the world around her.
