Over the past five years Dr. Gonchigar has assembled an experienced team of seasoned pain management providers to uphold the medical practice's reputation for excellence and compassionately serve the chronic pain community. With 17 years of experience in pain management, Dr. Gonchigar was one of the first pain management physicians of his kind in the mid-Maryland area and continues to treat chronic pain patients as the business expands into Leesburg, Virginia February of 2014.

When asked to reflect on the practice as a business owner, Dr. Gonchigar stated that his biggest challenge in the pain management business has been communicating what Newbridge Spine & Pain Center provides.
