SAN MARCOS, CA, February 11, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Extended Learning at California State University San Marcos (CSUSM) is hosting a free Education Fair on Saturday, March 1, from 11 am until 2 pm. Prospective students will be able to learn about the degrees and certificates offered by CSUSM Extended Learning, talk to academic and financial Aid advisors, and even sit in on sample classes.
During the fair, instructors and professors from several CSUSM colleges and academic departments will be hosting 10 to 15-minute sample classes, allowing students to get a taste of what CSUSM Extended Learning has to offer.
"The Education Fair offers a great chance for prospective students to learn more about CSUSM Extended Learning in a relaxed, fun environment," says Mike Schroder, Dean of Extended Learning at CSUSM. "We are excited to be able to offer sample classes that give students an idea of what they can expect to find in the classroom. The Education Fair will take place in the McMahan House on the CSUSM campus at 333 S. Twin Oaks Valley Road in San Marcos. Attendance and parking is free, and there will also be giveaways from radio station partners ENERGY 103.7 and KYXY 96.5.
