Pardee Homes Takes Top Honors In Prestigious National Awards Programs

Announced in January and February, Alta Del Mar's latest awards are in three prestigious programs of the American homebuilding industry: The Nationals, Best In American Living Awards (BALA) and the Design Awards.

These new awards add to an already impressive roster of top honors for the luxury home neighborhood, which were earned in the 2013 Gold Nugget Awards; the SoCal Awards of Southern California and the Icon Awards. With all, judges have noted Alta Del Mar for highly individualized new home designs, custom-caliber finish quality, sustainable landscaping concepts and thoughtful site planning.

Celebrated at the 2014 International Building Show (IBS), held in early February in Las Vegas, Pardee's honors in The Nationals included a Gold Award for Residence Three's model interior merchandising design. Silver Awards were bestowed for the architectural design of Residences Two and Four, and for Alta Del Mar as Community of the Year. The Nationals honor new home project achievements in a variety of design and marketing categories, and are sponsored by the National Sales and Marketing Council of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

In BALA, Alta Del Mar took a Gold Award for Residence Two as a detached home over 4,001 square feet. Residence Four earned a Gold in the architectural detail category, with judges applauding its intriguing stair design. Both honors were celebrated at IBS; NAHB is BALA's sponsor.

In the Design Awards, Alta Del Mar's honors included a Gold Award for Residence Two for detached designs over 3100 square feet, and a Platinum Award for Residence Three in the same category. The Design Awards are sponsored by Professional Builder magazine.

These new honors add to a remarkable record of accolades for Alta Del Mar, which has also won Community of the Year in the SoCal Awards and Best Project designations in the Gold Nugget Awards and Icon. The neighborhood's sales center and signage, model home interiors, indoor/outdoor living concepts and landscaping were also honored in SoCal and Icon.
