ForaCare Suisse AG Exhibits the Innovative FORA Diamond CUFF BP Blood Pressure Monitor Paired with the iFORA BP Mobile App and Diamond MINI Blood Glucose Monitor with iFORA App at Arab Health

    ST. GALLEN, SWITZERLAND, February 17, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- ForaCare Suisse AG attended Arab Health in Dubai on January 27-30, 2014 and delighted attendees with demonstrations of the industry leading performance of its FORA Diamond blood glucose and blood pressure monitoring products.

The event marked ForaCare's third year in attendance at Arab Health. Highlights of the four-day showcase included the new FORA Diamond CUFF BP blood pressure monitor that can be paired with the iFORA BP mobile app to track blood pressure trends and the Diamond MINI blood glucose monitor that works with the iFORA mobile app to track 7/14/30 day lifestyle pattern blood glucose trends.

The Middle East market is a primary focus for ForaCare. The company's blood glucose monitors are currently being sold in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and UAE. ForaCare appointed Mr. Hazem Hamdy as Business Development Director for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region in November 2012 and recently established ForaMed as an exclusive distributor of ForaCare Suisse AG in the Middle East and North Africa (www.foracare.me).

Up next in 2014, ForaCare will launch the FORA Diamond Wireless Full Care product line that utilizes Bluetooth connectivity to offer the highest level of mobility and data sharing capabilities for patients on the go. The four products in the initial portfolio will include the Diamond MINI blood glucose monitor, Diamond CUFF BP blood pressure monitor, ACTIVE WIRELESS plus blood pressure monitor and the FORA W310b weight scale. Additionally, ForaCare will launch the Diamond CUFF BP blood pressure monitor in Europe mid-year with an exhibit at the joint meeting of the European Society of Hypertension (ESH) and International Society of Hypertension (ISH) in Athens, Greece, June 13-16, 2014. Along with user studies in Greece and Australia, the Diamond CUFF BP has been tested in accordance with ESH 2010 guidelines and the results will be published in the second half of the year.
