As head of L&H Solar + Solutions, Mr. Picinali oversees total sales for the Australia region. Mr. Picinali is proficient in technical products, systems applications, and product sourcing. Drawing on his educational background, and coursework in project, sales, and product management, he has become an expert in logistics and distribution, wind products, solar lighting, and off grid solutions. His breadth of experience includes electrical trade, product management and development, and general leadership.

Mr. Picinali feels renewable energy is the wave of the future.
