We're pulling out ALL of the stops so we can connect with our fans in Nashville (and beyond) to let the judges know just how powerful a JKO performance would be at this year's festival event.
NASHVILLE, TN, February 26, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Frontman and guitar wunderkind Justin Kalk and his band are faced with the career-making choice of performing at Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival, the four-day, multi-stage festival held on a 700-acre farm in Manchester, Tennessee or heading to a potential faux jail sentence.
The saga of the boys' brush with the law is featured in "JKO's Road to Bonnaroo", a video released on YouTube to alert their fans around the world of their "dire" situation. Leveraging social media to get the word out, the band's Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages are all dedicated to a single mission: get the band to Bonnaroo this year.
"To clear our good name, we've been invited to take the stage at 9PM at the Mercy Lounge in Nashville on March 3rd at The Road to Bonnaroo auditions sponsored by BMI, which is also my performing rights organization" said Kalk. "We're pulling out ALL of the stops so we can connect with our fans in Nashville (and beyond) to let the judges know just how powerful a JKO performance would be at this year's festival event."
