Lessard Design Inc. Announces Team Member Promotions

    VIENNA, VA, March 18, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Lessard Design Inc., an architecture and planning firm based In metropolitan Washington, DC, is pleased to announce the promotion of three team members. These achievements are a reflection of Lessard Design's philosophy of rewarding company leaders within the organization for their outstanding work. Bill Foliaco has been promoted to Associate Principal and has more than 20 years of architectural experience in single family projects. Ulises Montes De Oca has devoted the last 10 years to the firm, and now as Associate Principal of Design, will continue designing mixed-use, residential, retail, office, and hotel projects which have continuously provided him great success. Lastly, Jino Hong has been promoted to Senior Design Director and has 12 years of design experience both nationally and internationally.

Well-deserved congratulations go to the following team members:

William Foliaco - Associate Principal
Bill Foliaco has more than 20 years of architectural experience, including 15 years of designing and managing single and multi-family residential projects. As an Associate Principal with Lessard's Single Family division, Mr. Foliaco is responsible for managing the technical and financial aspects of projects within his team. He also plays a significant role in developing new business while monitoring and assuring client satisfaction, productivity, progress and budget performance. With 13 years of experience as a Project Manager, Mr. Foliaco has a thorough understanding of all project phases, from concept and design through construction documentation and administration.

Ulises Montes De Oca - Associate Principal of Design
Ulises Montes De Oca's more than 15 years of design experience includes mixed-use, residential, retail, office and hotel developments. His knowledge spans all phases of design and planning, as well as construction administration and team management. Ulises' depth of experience includes market analysis, multi-family programming and land planning for environments ranging from dense urban settings to suburban and rural communities both here and abroad.

Jino Hong - Senior Design Director
Jino Hong has more than 12 years of experience in the architectural profession. Mr. Hong has been a designer working with Chris Lessard for the past ten years. During this time, he has worked on numerous projects with mixed-use and multi-family components both nationally and internationally. His most recent projects include a mixed-use development in Montclair, NJ called Centro Verde; Parc Reston development in Reston, VA; and Domain at College Park at the University of Maryland.
