Hussein Rifai Honored for Accomplishments in Fund Management

Mr. Rifai has 30 years of professional experience, with three years as the executive chairman of Perpetuity Capital. Over the years, he has become an expert in securing business and investment loans, as well as buying and selling side mandates, raising equity capital, and Sharia-compliant finance. On a daily basis, he is responsible for overseeing the group's three divisions: perpetuity advisory, perpetuity funding, and finance whiz, which processes small business loans from the group's balance sheet. As a business leader for 30 years, Mr. Rifai has created substantial revenue streams within large organizations, built successful businesses and turned organizations around at rates exceeding expectations. As an astute business executive, he is able to identify, negotiate, execute and conclude complex business transactions across multinational jurisdictions. Mr. Rifai is well-versed in global corporate governance and has served on the boards of numerous organizations in the banking, technology, health care and retail sectors.

Mr. Rifai received an MBA in International Finance from the University of Technology Sydney, and a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering and computer architecture from San Jose State University.
