The Schure Loc XPS Extremity Positioning System advances surgical patient positioning by combining both absolute rigid fixation of the patient's limb with unlimited range of motion both pre- and intra-operatively during shoulder arthroscopy, rotator cuff and total shoulder replacement procedures.

Unlike other devices that use bulky hydraulic systems and supplementary power units, the Schure Loc XPS employs an ingenious single-trigger methodology to relax the entire unit for positioning and repositioning as required; locking again, in any new position, when the trigger is released. This allows the whole surgical team to focus on the open or arthroscopic limb procedure and decreases surgeon fatigue.
