Dr. Kwon has two decades of business experience, two of which have been spent at the helm of BASF Korea's procurement hub division. The agriculture sector of BASF handles issues pertaining to Agro sustainability and farm management for those who make a living off the land. Dr. Kwon's expertise deals with crop protection and implementing developed strategies for crops.

Dr. Kwon holds a Ph.D. and a master's degree in agronomy. His extensive educational background and knowledge of the scientific industry work in tandem to aid him in successfully generating and utilizing agro solutions. He became involved in his profession because of his desire to teach and share his knowledge with others.
