Working with enterprise customers across several global regions and industries, Mr. Hasbani is responsible for improving business through relationship surveys, focus and research groups, and global engagement initiatives. Helping to drive a systematic approach to customer engagement, he leads teams responsible for integrating feedback into the management and strategic direction of the company. His firsthand experience overseeing a global Net Promoter program at Dell allows him to assist organizations in accelerating results. His specialties within the field include social media, customer loyalty and partnership development.
A Six Sigma Black Belt skilled at cross-functional leadership, Mr. Hasbani is committed to maintaining a corporate culture in which product development cycles are influenced and enhanced by customer feedback. Having begun his career as an engineer with Dell J 5 years ago, he learned over time how integral customer input can be in the product creation process. Fluent in Arabic, French and English, he is an exceptional communicator with plans to possibly begin work in the Middle East North Africa in the near future.
Mr. Hasbani, who received a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Texas and an MBA in finance from Texas State University, is also a Net Promoter Certified Associate.
