Dieter Rudolf Honored for Success in Semiconductors

    POSTMUNSTER, GERMANY, April 17, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dieter Rudolf, Senior Vice President of Sales of frobas GmbH, has been recognized by Worldwide Branding for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in his profession.

Mr. Rudolf is an experienced senior sales professional with more than 19 years of technology sales and sales management experience. He is currently targeting semiconductor, electronic design and chip, software and green technology companies in Germany, EMEA and worldwide. Throughout his career, Mr. Rudolf has shown abilities in team-building, design center setup, sales process optimization, assembling campaigns and projects that lead to moving business and working with different cultures. His duties in his current role of two years are vast. On a daily basis, he is responsible for overseeing sales and projects, and working with consultants, customers, business partners, purchasing as well as building high performance teams. He is also actively networking, driving C to A level meetings, and handling marketing and talent recruitment. He offers a good combination of strong intuition with analytical and people skills.

His five year goal is to be in a global role to actively grow and build a strong people and team-oriented organization with a strong company culture and value system. Mr. Rudolf plans on working in a management/executive role in a larger company context. He wants to receive career advancement opportunities and take on more responsibilities. He published a book called "FPGA" in the mid 90s that connects him to his technical roots.

A graduate of the University of Applied Sciences in 1980, Mr. Rudolf earned a diploma in engineering and energy systems. In recognition of all his achievements, in addition to being named to the Top Sales Team in 2010 and many quota achievement awards, he was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding.
