A supply planning professional with 14 years of industry experience, Ms. Kroes has broad expertise in production planning, supply chain management, and inventory management. She prides herself on being able to help people from diverse backgrounds understand how their jobs come together in inventory management and how the various functions can work together to achieve a common goal of customer service.
Ms. Kroes' duties in her current role of four years include working as a consultant on inventory management and replenishment models, setting up inventory models and linking them to Six Sigma. She likes to manage change, design processes, improve ways of working, and educate others. She has become a specialist in inventory planning, with deep knowledge of and interest in the subject. One of her key projects involved implementing a made-to-order supply planning process for a Swiss company to support a new buy-in function. That entails buying products from a competitor and selling it in Switzerland using the logistics network. In the future, she plans to move into management or project-based work, and work full time in the industry. She will continue to handle customers, targets and goals.
Her success was enhanced by a Master of Science in business management she earned from the University of Twente. In recognition of all her achievements, Ms. Kroes was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding. Another award for her outstanding work is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
