Accent on Security is Ranked Among Top British Security Companies by SIA ACS

This was the second time that Accent on Security has been awarded an exceptional score by SIA ACS, with the previous one being 159 points, an exceptional achievement for a security group of its size. This year the score was not only maintained, but also increased up to 163 points, making Accent on Security one of the leading companies in the UK in door supervision, security guarding, CCTV and key holding services.

The Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) is a system of inspection for providers of security services, which is regulated by the Security Industry Association (SIA).

Established in 2001 by the Private security Industry Act, the SIA is required through the ACS to establish a "system of inspection for providers of security services, under which those organisations, which satisfactorily meet the agreed standards, may be registered as approved, and may advertise themselves as such."

The objective of the SIA's ACS is to raise performance standards and assist the private security industry in developing new opportunities.
