Ms. James has 16 years of professional experience, having recently become a project and change manager of Jamespm Ltd. Over the years, she has established herself as an expert in relationship building, as well as communication, planning and organization. On a daily basis, she is responsible for working with the company on whatever they want to implement, including systems and behavioral change implementations.
Looking back, Ms. James attributes her success to her determination and drive to make things happen and to continue learning.. She became involved in her profession because of her prior experiences as a secretary, IT technical support analyst and IT project manager. She wanted to build upon these skills by working within the internal consultancy team, facilitating feedback sessions with fee earners to measure how the changes implemented had made a difference to them.
Ms. James is a certified PRINCE2 practitioner, and she has also earned a Prosci Change Management Certification while working in the United States for one year. She was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding and also maintains affiliation with the Project Management Institute, Toastmasters and the Association for Project Management. In years to come, Ms. James intends to continue as a project and change management specialist and have broadened her expertise.
