Stand Alone Patient Survey Software

This upgrade allows clinics to utilize the survey structure as a stand-alone system, not requiring the use of the appointment reminder software.

The standard survey sends an automated email to patients the day after an office visit with a range of up to 10 questions regarding the patient's valuation of the care received. The survey is designed for "drag and drop" entry of questions and additional questions may be customized as needed.

The enhanced survey allows the medical practice to survey patients, at defined intervals regarding their evaluation of the outcome of their care. The individual practice may determine the intervals for patient surveys, i.e. they may elect to send a survey no more often than 3 months, 6 months, etc. to an individual patient responding to an earlier survey.

An individual practice may also invite select respondents to the survey to rate and review their practice on various internet sites, which may be defined by the practice. They also invite participants to "like" them on popular social media sites. Office managers may access individual results to reply to patient concerns.
