Mr. Stubbs has 43 years of professional management experience, having recently become the CEO of Partex Beverages Ltd. (RC Cola Bottlers, Bangladesh). Over the years, he has established himself as an expert in many fields, including plant management, project management, process improvement and operational accounting. On a daily basis, he is responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations, sales and marketing activities, company administration and company finances.

As a seasoned professional, Mr. Stubbs knows that a professional's attitude can carry one a long way. He is always willing to go the extra mile on behalf of the company. Mr. Stubbs has also learned the difference between having years of experience and years knowledge, he is proud to say that he has the experience and knowledge in new business development, particularly regarding packaging operations. He also possesses a passion for the packaging profession, having originally been a brewer of beer, which is how he came to be involved in the industry.

Mr. Stubbs received an MBA in project management, followed by obtaining a Master of Science in Packaging Engineering Technology in 2005. He also holds qualifications in extramural studies started while working in Vladivostok, Russia in 1996. He was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding and also maintains affiliation with the Chamber of Commerce of American Samoa as its former treasurer. He is also a former secretary of Rotary - American Samoa. In the next three years, Mr. Stubbs will strive to achieve his goal of doubling the company's net profits before tax.
