Steve Haines Celebrates Five Years in His Role as Sales and Commercial Director

Drawing on more than three decades of practiced experience in his field, Mr. Haines parlays his knowledge into his position with Stuga Machinery Ltd, which provides machinery and industrial equipment to the uPVC window and door frame fabrication industries. Over the last five years, in his role as sales and commercial director, he has overseen daily business operations, including marketing and sales. After working hard to survive the long economic downturn, Stuga Machinery's business took a big upturn in early 2013, and has been steadily increasing ever since. They have increased their workforce by 30 percent in the last six months of 2013, despite it being difficult to hire the "perfect match."

Mr. Haines excels in his field due to a combination of his prior industry experiences and his educational background, which includes a certification in mechanical engineering from the Bristol Technology & Engineering Academy.
