ALEXANDRIA, VA, May 17, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The desktop notification service DeskAlerts has confirmed the update of its skin service solution, citing a desire to promote ever more effective communication in the workplace as the motivation behind this latest service development.
The new branded skin functionality gives users the option to brand their DeskAlerts pop up notifications and scrolling ticker messages with their own corporate logo and company colors. The process has been designed to be quick and easy, allowing even new DeskAlerts users to brand their communications and bring ad-hoc updates in line with their overall communication strategy immediately.
Roman Toporkov, Lead Developer at DeskAlerts said, "With our latest service update, which we have called the skin service solution, we believe that our users will find it easier than ever to bring together their employees and their brand and move towards better employee engagement."
The desktop alert solution has been studying the use of branding in corporate communications for some time and has used this knowledge to inform its skin service product development.
Roman added, "For many companies, corporate branding is focused on what goes on outside the office. Branded materials and communications are used to attract new employees and communicate key messages to those outside the business. The company's color, fonts and imagery are used to express the brand externally on the company website, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn pages and other marketing material. We consider it is just as important to use company branding on communications with employees and set out to help our clients do just this with our branded skin update."
The branded skin update is available now to all new and existing users of DeskAlerts.
