Ally Ng Honored for Success in Recruitment

    SINGAPORE, May 20, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ally Ng, Director of Oxbridge Global, has been recognized by Worldwide Branding for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in her profession.

An expert in customer service and assessing technical and soft skills, Ms. Ng has been in her current role for four years. Her duties are filling six-figure salary positions, overseeing the entire recruitment process, identifying a target list of companies and individuals, and meeting with clients to find out their requirements to decide a contacts plan. Overall, Ms. Ng has 10 years' experience in technical sales, driving regional capital industrial EQM sales. She did a mid-career switch to recruitment in 2006. She had built the Engineering Practice in Kelly Services from scratch, and was promoted to professional and technical division head to oversee four practices: Kelly Engineering, Kelly IT, Kelly Scientific and Kelly Selection. She was then promoted to SEA business development director in 2009. Later, she set up her own executive search firm, OxBridge Global, to assist MNCs and startups in recruiting the best talents in the region.

Successful because of being positive, people-oriented and adding value to a company, Ms. Ng enjoys helping candidates advance in their careers. Originally trained as an engineer, with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Nanyang Technological University, she became involved in recruiting because she did not want to continue on the technical path and instead wanted to capitalize on her people skills. Ms. Ng also holds a postgraduate diploma in marketing.

In recognition of all her achievements, which include multiple Asia top sales awards at Hewlett-Packard Development Company, L.P., and Agilent, Ms. Ng was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding. She also maintains affiliations with the Singapore Enterprise Chapter of the Singapore Infocomm Technology Federation.
