Dr. Robert B. Zann Recognized by Worldwide Branding for Excellence in Health Care

Dr. Zann has 32 years of medical experience, having recently become a physician and orthopaedic Surgeon of Orthopaedic Surgery Associates. Inc. Over the years, he has established himself as an expert in hip and knee replacement surgery. On a daily basis, he is responsible for meeting and evaluating patients, and making decisions with regard to hip and knee replacement. He also educates administrators, nurses and doctors on the benefits of efficiency and teamwork with regard to these procedures, and volunteers his services for patients in need of care.

Dr. Zann is the only board-certified, fellowship-trained total joint replacement surgeon in south Florida that has been named in "The Best Doctors in America: Southeast Region," "The Best Physicians in America," "The Best Doctors in Miami Metro," and "Top Docs in South Florida." He volunteered to join teams in humanitarian medical ventures to Third World countries. He also conducts practical education during the course of live satellite operation.

Dr. Zann completed a fellowship in Adult Reconstructive Surgery and Total Joint Replacement from the University of Southern California, as well as a residency in general and orthopedic surgery from New York Medical College. He received his MD from the Wayne State University School of Medicine. In addition to his degrees, he is board certified in orthopaedics, and the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. To remain in contact with other medical professionals, he became a member of the Palm Beach County Orthopedic Society, the Palm Beach County Medical Society, the Florida Physicians Association, the Florida Orthopaedic Society, the Florida Medical Association, the Southern Orthopaedic Association, the Eastern Orthopaedic Association, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons, and the American Medical Association.
