Kira Kazantsev, Miss New York 2014 to Host City Girl Beauty Project's 3rd Annual "Giving is Glamorous" Beauty & Charity Event

    NEW YORK, NY, May 28, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Once again, City Girl Beauty Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to empower the lives of young women (18-30) who are survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking, is continuing its efforts in hopes to create a world of extraordinary young women. The organization's 3rd annual Giving is Glamorous beauty and charity benefit will bring together proud survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking; who have proven that adversity and tragic events in one's life does not determine ones future. The charity benefit sponsored by Per-fekt Beauty, will commence on Thursday, June 12, 2014 from 6:30pm - 10:00pm; at Top of the Garden Event Space located at 251 West 30th Street, 16th Floor, New York, NY 10001.

WHY: This benefit will serve as an awareness and fundraising vehicle for the organization's core program; the Heroic Beauty Workshop. The Program is facilitated by using the power of colors, makeup artistry, beauty, character building, leadership and self-development skills to empower its participants.

EVENT DETAILS: The beauty event will be generously hosted by Kira Kazantsev, Miss New York 2014. There will be a special musical performance by International Violinist Donnell Best; and music by VH1's DJ Amanda Seales. Expect everything a girl wants; from signature cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, fabulous swag bags, mini makeovers, a beauty centric silent and live auction, and the opportunity to meet and connect with some of New York City's most inspiring young women. The event promises to be an amazing evening of empowerment and inspiration.
