Ms. Kwok has 14 years of professional experience, with two years as a senior inventory analyst of CHC Helicopter Ltd. Over the years, she has established herself as an expert in several commonly used software applications, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint, and she is also skilled at data analysis. On a daily basis, she is responsible for implementing new system guidelines for the component planning team to follow in order to achieve inventory management team objectives in identifying purchase order cost categories. She also leads a team of analysts in the process of procedure implementation for global ad-hoc safety stock settings requests for rotables and consumables inventory. In addition, Ms. Kwok successfully completes consumables model analysis for new settings implementations within the Brazil region, which contains 40 aircrafts and three bases, by presenting findings and recommendations on setting changes and financial impact, leading process from start to completion and working with a team of regional maintenance manager, base engineers, customer support officer, global distribution centre manager, inventory management director and senior inventory manager in the project execution.
Ms. Kwok's additional responsibilities include preparing inventory fill-rate status update reports for project teams to ensure customer expectations are met for ongoing business contracts on base startups such as the Shell Globetrotter, Miri AWAN and Irish SAR customers. She oversees all required activities with S61 aircraft type that contained five fleets in Ireland bases for search and rescue operations by conducting rotables inventory model analysis, collaborating feedback from component planners and implementing setting changes to bases. Furthermore, she performs inventory part-out analysis for major components on S61 aircrafts for sales team during fleet transition phase to the S92 aircraft type.
Looking back, Ms. Kwok prides herself on her strong communication, organizational, analytical, detail-oriented and interpersonal skills. She became involved in her profession based on years of analytical experience and strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, which had brought her to her current profession as a senior inventory analyst. Her skills also led her to a greater scope within the global sector in aviation. The highlight of her career was enabling the company to overachieve sales targets by providing expert execution of inventory planning and management. On another occasion, she allowed the company to save penalty costs by ensuring that the necessary parts were available at the correct times, thereby avoiding aircraft-on-ground instances.
Ms. Kwok received a bachelor's degree in commerce, with a specialization in management and economics, with honors, from the University of Toronto in 2000. In addition to her degree, she has earned a Payroll Administrator Certification, a Kraft Business Acumen Program Certificate, a Certificate of Endorsement in Business Studies from Scarborough Board of Education and a Certificate of Distinction in Canadian Mathematics Competition from the University of Waterloo.
