Mr. Ternest is known by his peers for his honesty
MOL, BELGIUM, June 06, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Marc Ternest, Chief Executive Officer of NewCo Communications, has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in operations management.
Mr. Ternest has 23 years of professional experience, with four years as the CEO of NewCo Communications. A natural team builder with extensive interpersonal skills, Mr. Ternest is known by his peers for his honesty, a trait which he also values highly. Each day, Mr. Ternest is responsible for maintaining the sales of the Vocalcom Middleware CTI on a telephony network, as well as organizing the entire sales environment towards networks, procedures and results. In addition, he works to establish a solid dealer network for CTI and turnkey solutions. Mr. Ternest re-boosts the sales of Avaya products trough Datapoint. Though he has enjoyed great success in his current position, he feels that he owes a great deal to his team of talented staff, with whom he achieves continuous positive results.
Mr. Ternest is a self-made entrepreneur. He has held several key management positions in HP, BT and Nortel. NewCo Communications started in 2010 with the creation of BPO activities in various off-and near-shore countries. The choice of its country sites is strongly related to both the local labor market, as well as the political climate. As the CEO of NewCo Communications, Mr. Ternest successfully combines off-shore and near-shore advantages with high-quality industry standards. He provides excellent quality customer service for a balanced cost, and maintains proximity management by leading European standards.
Looking back, Mr. Ternest attributes his success to being in right place at right time, as well as his willingness to go the extra mile for his clients. Prior to his current position, he spent four years working for an American company and thought of doing something on his own. He talked about it with the CEO of an application software company and learned about the opportunities that were available. He then decided to open his own business.
Mr. Ternest received a bachelor's degree in marketing and economics from Institut des Carrieres Commerciales de Bruxelles in 1987. He was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding and also maintains affiliation with Lions Club International. In five years, Mr. Ternest hopes to increase the company's turnover by a factor of three.
