Fraser's is an important part of a group of iconic West Australian restaurant and function destinations
PERTH, AUSTRALIA, June 10, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Charmellian Anderson, Supervisor of Fraser's Restaurant Group, was recently named a VIP member of Worldwide Branding. This special distinction honors individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to achieving personal and professional success.
Ms. Anderson has recently become a supervisor for Fraser's Restaurant Group. Over the years, she has cultivated an advanced skill set in staff training and debriefing, as well as event organization for groups of people ranging from 100 to 1,500. On a daily basis, she is responsible for supervising wedding functions, as well as organizing food preparation for guests with suppliers and serving as the team leader of as many as 30 people. Ms. Anderson's goal is to develop her career in both hospitality and event industries by utilizing all of her academic knowledge, skills and experience.
Fraser's is an important part of a group of iconic West Australian restaurant and function destinations. The group's venues, which are located in some of Perth's most outstanding locations, include: Bluewater Grill, one of Perth's most amazing riverside venues, with warm, stylish spaces to suit any event; The Old Brewery, which combines history with relaxed, elegant and contemporary dining and provides a stunning riverside feature venue for any occasion; and Indiana, an iconic West Australian landmark, which is located directly on Cottesloe Beach, showcasing uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean and the magnificent sunsets beyond. Fraser's Restaurant has an outstanding reputation, and is known for its commitment and dedication to provide only the best food, wine and service. It is now able to offer the same commitment and dedication on a grand scale with versatile function spaces.
Looking back, Ms. Anderson attributes her success to her hard work. She became involved in her profession because there was a career expo at her school and she met the manager of functions of the company. He said that she had 80 percent of what they were looking for in a staff member, and that he could train her and give her the 20 percent she didn't have; she decided to go for it. Ms. Anderson is pursuing a degree in hotel management, having earned a Bachelor of Business in Convention and Event Management from Southern Cross University in 2013. In years to come, Ms. Anderson plans to become an event organizer.
