Bernadette Kiely is Recognized for 40 Years of Success in Human Resources

Ms. Kiely is an experienced and well-respected human resources professional. In her career to-date, she has held key human resources leadership positions with significant blue chip companies, namely Murex Advanced Technologies Ltd. Motorola Inc, Amdahl Ireland; Analog Devices B.V. and Baxter Travenol. She has effectively led and managed global and national teams of both human resources and business executives and their respective staffs. She has a proven track record of working successfully at a strategic level and delivering excellent solutions at an operational level. She is a skilled consultant, executive coach and mentor.

Ms. Kiely has 34 years of professional experience, with three years as a human resources director of Murex. Over the years, she has established herself as an expert in the fields of organizational design, strategic planning, project management, human capital management, employee relations, recruitment and human resources business partnership. On a daily basis, she is responsible for the development and deployment of the human resources business partner role for client evolutions support services.

Born in Ireland, Ms. Kiely is an international business woman. She works with people at all levels in organizations, including board level. Ms. Kiely is an innovator, coach, change agent, organizational design consultant, and human resources professional. She has worked in multinational companies worldwide and in public and private sector organizations, and has also been self-employed. Additionally, she is a daughter, partner, sister, aunt, godmother, friend and colleague. She is a student of life, a continuous learner, and a teacher.

Looking back, Ms. Kiely attributes her success to her tenacity, passion for her business, and drive. She became involved in her profession because of her love for business. She comes from a family that was very business-oriented. She also has a strong interest in humanities, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit and a belief in people.

Ms. Kiely received a degree in human resources management from the University of Limerick in 1979 and a diploma in executive coaching. In addition to her degrees and diplomas, she is a certified company director. She was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding and also maintains affiliation with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the Institute of Directors. In years to come, Ms. Kiely plans to pursue more opportunities in leadership development.
