Drawing on three decades of practiced experience in his field, Mr. Sherwood parlays his knowledge into his position with Offshore Construction Services, which provides design, engineering & fabrication services primarily for the offshore petroleum industry. In his role as business development/global, he helps to broaden the reach of his company. A visionary in the field, he has and continues to utilize new technology and advanced designs for drilling purposes.

Mr. Sherwood excels in his field due to a combination of his varied work experiences in the industry. From working his way through school (which includes coursework in geology and physics at Sul Ross State University in Texas) on land rigs in South Texas, into a Fishing Tool Supervisor then on into drilling waste management process design. He feels that the potent combination of his skill and knowledge serves to separate himself from his peers. Just recently he was inducted into Worldwide Branding and also maintains affiliation with the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Throughout the course of his impressive career, Mr. Sherwood has been awarded 10 patents pertaining to offshore process flows and currently has 13 patents pending. In the coming years, he plans to help increase his company's annual revenue four times over, as well as continue to explore various business ventures he can take with the company.
